Achmed the Dead Terrorist

I don't know where Mike found this, but I got a good laugh and decided to share....

Hi Lyd. Gees I would check your blog every day for a month with no news. I miss a few weeks and HOLY COW a wealth of beautiful pictures and words. YAY! Achmed is hilarious! In fact Jeff Dunham (the ventriloquist) is one of our favorite performers. Not that we are in to ventriloquism hugely...but still you should look up some of his other stuff. Wow, Kate is growing as quickly as Beckham. Isn't it an amazing thing to be a parent. Everyday a surprise, something new and generally wonderful. I want to know so much about her. What is she eating now? Any solids? Is she sitting? Tons of questions. We are coming up for Thanksgiving. Maybe we could have a lunch and formally introduce our children?

I'm still laughing! This guy's comedy is freaking genius.

Yeah for Colbie Caillat! I've had her CD for several weeks and now I've memorized it. No kidding. The girls and Steve love it, too.

How'd you do that?

Achmed was hilarious, too. SILENCE, I KILL YOU!

Wait - am I the only one whose computer is too stupid to just choose one sound or the other? Because I couldn't hear the guy. He was drowned out by Colbie Caillat, so I didn't pick up the funny stuff... anyone know how to fix this problem? Or should I just go to UTube and look it up myself?

I apologize. Apparently it was ME that was too stupid. Just double click, folks. That's all it takes to open up a new window. Brilliant.

There are two ways to combat your problemo... first, in the bottom left hand corner of the slideshow where colbie is playing is a pause button. or second, click on the title of the blog post (in this case achmed) and it will open just THIS post in another window.

Happy viewing, I hope you enjoy it.

Oh, it seems you already figured that out....SORRY!. (redundant punctuation--it's getting popular!.)

Awesome video, Lydia. I have seen it before, thanks to my web-surfing hubby, but I laugh every time.

Like the new background, too. I actually almost picked this one, but in green. Love it.
