SUCCESS!!!

Hooray for Miss Kate! She has been doing AWESOME on the potty for the last couple of weeks, but this week has had several accident/diaper free days. Today she woke up dry and held it for another hour before we finally remembered to get her to the potty.

Good Job, Kate. We sure are proud of you.

Wow, impressive! Our potty-training journeys are much longer than that - ah boys. And we totally don't understand all these good little children who stay dry at night! Hmm, I guess if I couldn't stay dry until I was like...7...then I can't expect my kids to. But I really wish they would. We're still in night-diaps.

Anyway - you rock, Kate the Great!

So you know Jessie, we first bought her potty and panties over 6 months ago and she has gone a few times over the months. We've been at it a while, it just finally clicked this last week.

Oh, and I'm not counting on her staying dry from here on out. Since she's had a dry diaper in the morning here and there for months, but nothing consistent.

Thanks for the compliments!

Fantastic - SOO excited for all of you. Just the tiniest bit jealous as well . . . check my post for details and keep in mind that Eli, as you know, is a year older than Kate. Funny that we both posted about this at the same time!

What a HUGE step for all of you. Kate is amazing! I think it might run in the family, Lyd. At least for the girls...you and your two sisters were all potty trained at two years old. Wait, Mindy learned at 20 months. Grandma Lori had her all trained in the four days I was in the hospital after little Emily was born. I couldn't believe it!

Anyway, Hooray to all of you!

Mom.

I am so jealous! Good job Miss Kate!
Brennan still won't consistently go anywhere but in what he has on, be it underwear or a diaper. And he's 3 1/2. Sigh.
